This is the most useless waste of time _ no wonder i hate using telstra _ you get some clown you can not understand as they have such a heavy accent and then you get messages on your phone that tell you to go online and that is a waste of internet time and my time. I spent over two hours on the phone the other night again trying to get photos and in the end the overseas gentlemen told me to hang up and see if it had worked. when I asked how that was going to work I was told that I would have to ring again. i have just spent an hour trying to get www configure telstra com au to work and it is pointless. all i want to do is get photos on my phone and i think i might just go and buy a new one and go Dodo or Optus.

how log will it take for my comment to be moderated….. as long as it takes you to ring back and solve problems. quick to cut us off and tell us we are not doing the right thing but can’t fix problems. Maybe i should just ring the telecommunications ombudsman and see what they say!
