i recieved my mms but i couldn’t able to retrieve it becouse it doesent accept my pincode so i don’t know the probplem

Recieved an mms message but cannot be downloded since the password box cant select. Advice on how 2 select or view directly in ma 4n b4 the message xpires.4n model is moto v8. Thankyou.
