    I have tried numerous times for the past month to have my telus-mobility phone disconnected by calling telus help lines. However the operators cannot help me if I can not give them my account number. I can not do that because my bill is paid from a pre-authorized account at my bank and I have not received a paper bill with the account number on it for over a year. My phone number is 403 357 8021. In order to try to bring this to your attention, I have paid a $10.00 stop payment fee to my bank to stop payment on my telus-mobility bill due about Jan. 7/2010.Please contact me by e-mail or phone 403-346-0359

    I can’t see a picture that I have sent to my email address. This is the message that I get: «500 No action instance for path /Legacy2 could be created»
    I don’t get it ! Now what do I do next?
