The mmsMessage website instructions are so simple to follow but why can’t I open my mms’s? Where do we put in the ID code?

for 3 years now i have not been able receive mms’s on my cell now i have upgraded to a blackberry and had a sim swop but no mms’s come to my phone. My contract is with Nashua Mobile who have done all they can. i guess the problem lies with mtn and judging by the comments i have just read from other users maybe it is time to change to one of the other service providers
ok after reading all the complaints i have decided to change to vodacom i have been an mtn user for approx 10 years NO MORE THANKS FOR NOTHING AND GOODBYE.
