this makes no sense why offer me something that i can’t get in to. i have a bunch of messages to see and have no way to get onto the site it tells me that the site is down or broken i don’t want to hear that

I’ve been trying to view my pics. sent to me by family and for some reason I can never get them. WHY????? What is the oint for family to sent if I’m paying monthly to recieve them and can not get them. I need help!!!!!

I think if you hold the control (Ctrl) button down while you click your mouse onto the submit or enter button, you won’t have any more trouble logging on.

i c allllllll the complaints about people not being able to access their pix from their cell phone. its very messed up i cant access my pix sent thru the computer via cricket modem for internet service. when yall gone get it rite

Cricket is full of shit
1. they offer you a great SIMPLE plan
2. when you receive pictures from their website you can view them
3. when you go to the cricket store or call 611 for tech support they have no ideal what your talking about
–isnt this fraud? advertising one thing AND getting another?
should we get money taken off of our bills to do cricket mistakes–
i will NEVER use this service again n will tell anyone who will listen NOT TO USE them either

This is for people who receives public assistant, there is a web site called safelink.com and you can get a free phone and free minutes and you don’t have to pay a monthly bill. Minutes is added on your phone every first of the month and you also get voice mail, caller i.d, 3 way calling, text messages and it’s all free you pay nothing. If you would like to add additional minutes you can but you get free minutes every month. you should try it because cricket is a lie they promise to give you a $50 dollar rebate and when for purchasing their wireless broadband modem they’ll find a way to not give to you they are a big scam. So if i was you i would try SAFELINK.COM. try it.

some people do not know how use cricket is so dam dumb all u have do is put your cell number in the MDN box then put the code in the message ID BOX it send be at the below the the message ID and you put every thing u see in the code even this – it should work it always do for me

Is cricket not reading all of our comments .They are all bad no one is saying any thing good about you cricket. I to am having bad things to say about cricket. I can not get in to my multimeda to see the photos and videos I am geting .I have the new QA4 that should do it all .But why should I have to go to my E-mail to see my photos and videos. It is all a lie they are outing out cell phones they do not even know all about .This is why a cricket representative can not really tell me how to get in to my multimeda they really don’t know.They will come back with a lie and say you need to get BACKUP for your phone and that you will have to pay for .And it will still not work for you geting your photos are videos your friends send you it is all LIES.

Is cricket not reading this!Ever one on here making comments are saying bad thing and they are right .It is all lies .I did every thing it said do to get my photos and videos my friend have hit my up with puting in my cell in the MDN box and then puting the ID number in the box and like Mr smart ass guy said it should work .It those not work for all of us that is why there are more bad comments then good ones SMART ASS GUY.Cricket is puting out cell phones even there representative don’t know all about this is why they will LIE to you then they will come back with this lie you need to get backup for your phone to get multimedia and you will have to pay for BACKUP .If this will let us get our photos and videos then we should not have to pay more for this.IT IS ALL LIES.

cricket sux i have to go into the store almost twice a week because of problems with my service and every time they try to charge me 40 dollars for something they did wrong!!!!!!!
