I spend a lot of money on a decent phone, and get better service on a cheap pre paid phone, WHY? It says I have to log into my computer, my phone is a small computer!!!!!!!!

I am having the same troubles as above. i entered the site on the addrwss and password sent to me and could only see the pictures small in a facsimile mobile phone.

I then went throught he process of setting up an account, because this promiised me better service. The site will not let em enter using these account details.

Veeeeeeeeeeeeeerrrrrrrrrrrrry disappointing!!!!!!

It is very frustrating not being able to open the picture messages. I have a couple that I cant access so whats the point of it all. Seems like a lot of people are having the same problem and it is very very very frustrating.

t young March 25, 2013 at 7:01 am

Might hav to move companies i’v been on the phone to the phillippines now for 40mins and still counting…..telstra bad move
bad business call

Beris Connell May 15, 2013 at 2:24 pm

How ridiculous. With a bit of effort I am sure you could make it more difficult. Do you also charge the sender, for a message that I can not get?

trev May 17, 2013 at 12:06 pm

this is a stupid way of viewing photos, why cant it just be done on the phone. i cant even get into the “page” cos the space for the user ID and password is too small
